1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BestFantasyPicks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

BestFantasyPicks provides fantasy sports projections, lineup optimization tools, player prop analysis, value picks, statistical analysis, and related informational tools.

The service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Projections, recommendations, optimized lineups, prop ratings, and other analysis are estimates based on available information and mathematical or statistical models. They are not guarantees of future performance or results.

3. No Guarantee of Winnings

BestFantasyPicks does not guarantee that any lineup, projection, player prop, recommendation, or strategy will win a contest, wager, or produce a profit. Sports outcomes are uncertain and may be affected by injuries, coaching decisions, playing time, weather, late scratches, data errors, and other unpredictable events.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make using information provided by the service.

4. Fantasy Sports and Sports Betting

BestFantasyPicks is an analytics and information service. We do not accept wagers, operate a sportsbook, hold betting funds, or place bets on behalf of users.

Laws governing fantasy sports and sports wagering vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your participation in any fantasy contest or wagering activity is lawful where you are located and for complying with all applicable laws and platform rules.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create a paid account or use paid features of BestFantasyPicks. You must also satisfy any higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by any third-party fantasy sports or sportsbook platform you choose to use.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and not to share, sell, transfer, or misuse access to your account.

7. Premium Subscription

Certain features require a paid Premium subscription. BestFantasyPicks Premium is currently offered for $9.99 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable recurring price until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the subscription management tools made available through your account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Unless otherwise required by law, your Premium access may continue until the end of the period for which you have already paid. After that period ends, your account may return to the free level of service.

9. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable once charged. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for a previously paid subscription period.

10. Third-Party Services and Data

The service may use, display, process, or reference information obtained from third-party sports data providers, fantasy platforms, sportsbooks, payment processors, or other services. Third-party information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice.

Third-party companies and services are governed by their own terms and policies. References to third-party platforms do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, obtain unauthorized access, scrape or systematically extract protected service content, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, misuse another user's account, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

BestFantasyPicks and its original software, models, rankings, presentation, branding, design, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict parts of the service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all data, projections, or features will always be available or error-free.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BestFantasyPicks and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the service, including losses resulting from fantasy contests, wagering decisions, lost profits, unavailable data, inaccurate projections, or service interruptions.

16. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, material violations of these Terms, attempts to compromise the service, or other conduct that threatens the service or its users.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective or "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
